During her internship, she experienced the fast-paced environment of agency life and explored various specialties, including paid media, content creation, PR writing, and copywriting. Heather actively contributed to client accounts, crafting engaging content tailored to the home improvement sector. Her time at Wray Ward not only enhanced her skills in different marketing facets but also emphasized the importance of teamwork and effective communication in a collaborative environment.

At Wray Ward, Heather focused on managing two social media accounts. She ran the Wray Ward FORM intern account, creating original content, and also contributed to AZEK Exteriors' client account. Heather gained insights into user-generated content and honed her skills in creating engaging captions to boost post interaction. Additionally, she learned to use Sprout for social media scheduling, showcasing her commitment to mastering strategic social media management. Overall, Heather's time at Wray Ward provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of effective social media utilization.

INTERNAL AND CLIENT WORK

Heather's initiation into SEO was dynamic and diverse. She began by reworking Wray Ward's Metadata and Meta descriptions for blogs, honing her skills in optimizing content for search engines. Venturing into AI, she explored its applications for the first time. Employing tools like Semrush, she strategically shaped metadata and descriptions by researching analytical trends. Beyond that, she crafted an impactful internal Press Release for Trivantages, announcing a limited edition color release. Heather seamlessly translated this into social media copy for multiple platforms, demonstrating her prowess in communication and promotion. Heather's journey showcased her adaptability and proficiency in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
